Welcome to 100Fuegos Multiservices LLC. By accessing our website and using our professional cleaning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
100Fuegos Multiservices LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services across Southwest Florida. The scope of work for each project is defined in the individual service quote provided to the client.
2. Estimates and Pricing
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the client and an initial assessment of the property. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual condition of the space differs significantly from the description provided.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We respect your time and ask for the same in return. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for providing our staff with access to the property at the scheduled time. This includes providing keys, entry codes, or ensuring someone is present to grant entry.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
Our goal is excellence. If you are not satisfied with any area we have cleaned, please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will return to reclean the area at no additional cost.
6. Liability and Insurance
100Fuegos Multiservices LLC is fully insured. While we take extreme care in your home or office, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear to surfaces that appear during the cleaning process.
7. Professional Conduct
We commit to providing a safe and respectful environment for our staff. We reserve the right to refuse service in environments that are deemed unsafe or where our staff is subjected to unprofessional behavior.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lee County, Florida.
